Most of the knitting is in garter stitch and the petal instructions are clearly explained with detailed photographs. Use winter or summer yarns in your favourite rose colours. Materials:- Rose top (Colour A):- • 3 (3, 4, 4, 5) 50gr (1 ¾ ozs) balls of 5ply, worsted or sportweight yarn in rose leaf green. • 5.00mm (US 8, UK 6) knitting needles. • 5.00mm crochet hook for button opening on top (optional). • 3 flower buttons. • thin elastic for waistband. Skirt (Colour B):- • 3 (3, 4, 4, 5) 50gr (1 ¾ ozs) balls of 5ply, worsted or sportweight yarn in your favourite rose petal colour.
Measurements:- 5 sizes from 2-6 months to 6-7 years old, depending on the measurements of the individual child.
